ABOUT THE SUPPLIER
Operating since 1977, Kentucky Turf Nursery is one of Melbourne’s most established turf farms. The family-run business prides itself on the quality of its products, and the expertise and know-how of its staff.
Kentucky Turf Nursery also has sub companies that service other areas, including Border Turf Supplies (Albury/Wodonga), Goulburn Valley Turf Supplies (Shepparton) and Bendigo/Echuca Turf Supplies.
Terry, the founder of Kentucky Turf Nursery, has a great deal of expertise in the turf management area. He worked as a superintendant at Jubilee Golf Course for 18 years, and within the turf production industry for 35 years. His son, Andrew, attained a Plant Science Degree in New Zealand. His formal education has helped him further improve the quality of Kentucky Turf Nursery products, and oversee the company’s adaptation to social and environmental changes.
